- I have discovered this gift of transforming thoughts into images just a few years ago and ever since I have changed both equipment and taste however I must say that this is an adventure that seems has no end. Photography for me is a means of expression, like another medium through which I can communicate and express myself.
Photography has enabled me to see the world from another angle, from a different view. I learned to give importance to things I had previously ignored and which I used to take fore granted. A simple flower, a door step, a bee, a rock may inspire me to a thought, its like all the surroundings posses a spirit that I have learned to hear. Its like I have become aware that everything is alive, that it vibrates, that anything can communicate.
It is not important what I see but what I transmit through these images. If it does not vibrate and give energy then I have failed into passing on the message. It is like walking through a garden but taking the pace of the seasons, and thus observe how the garden changes with every step I take towards what seems to be the continuation of life. These captured moments of simplicity are just an expression of the life that surrounds us every day. The simplicity that we tend to ignore. I hope that you find serenity whilst passing through these moments in life.

To Write or not to Write.
Every so often I get these outbursts of inspiration which only last for a few minutes. Trying to remember the exact words is almost impossible, its like trying to remember the exact route step by step from here to Rome. So I usually keep my notebook and the usual HB pencil to at least jot down some notes. The only problem is time. I seem to be obsessed by it and the more I think about this phenomenon the more anxious I become, thinking that there is not enough time.

So let it be.
So I ended up looking at whatever is around me in a totally different way, if it is a rock , an old wooden (door which I must admit attracts me like the attraction a of planet earth and the moon), anything that comes within my range. Visiting Valletta or Mdina or the Cittadella in Gozo gives me so much energy that I don't manage to resist the temptation of capturing good shots at different angles.
