My Name is Mary
I was born on the small island of Malta. Found in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. Its location is Southern Europe, islands, south of Sicily. Coastline is 140km
The Capital City is VALLETTA.
The two official languages are Maltese and English.
Malta lay on a sea of clear blue water turning into vivid green were it rimmed the island. No mountain in Malta The highest point is about 800feet No woods and no forests.
Winds of different gusts and breezes, a most welcome relief from the dust and the merciless sun that beat down through the long hot summer are Winds that blew across the island, picking up moisture and bringing hot, humid weather.
I am involved as a volunteer with Telecross one of the aged care programs run by the Red Cross.
The staff and volunteers that are employed by the Red Cross are specially chosen. We dedicate our time of work wholly to the well-being of seniors. We make phone calls to client members who are isolated, frail, have a disability, and are alone, sick or at risk. If at any time there is no answer to our call we try twice more at ten minutes interval to try and reach the client. If there is no response the qualified staff attempt emergency procedures and it is this type of procedures that saves many lives.
I cannot express the great satisfaction when I say "Good morning Ronald this is Mary from Telecross” the client replies "I'm OK Mary thanks for ringing." We have a short conversation and that makes the beginning of our day.
We demonstrate ways in which we work to increase participation in the community and to improve access to their physical health and well being.
I am quick minded, versatile, intelligent, and imaginative. Love the ocean and beautiful paintings, sceneries and flowers. I devote a lots of my time writing. I have three grandchildren Christa Lee, Ricky and Zachary and twins on the way
My passion is ... Computers, writing and helping others

The Energy of Nature My Prayer
The Energy of Nature
I am here joining my brothers and sisters,
My inner peace I am revealing
To be in your company I prepare myself
You are every Soul, ever pure, ever powerful, and ever loving.
I am revealing my life for I am spirit.
I am a beautiful form of energy,
A life being and within this body I exist.
My life energy surrounds my body in an aura of life.
The body will die, but I am eternal, and have everlasting life in your kingdom
My home is in your garden of eternal life,
It is waiting for me to reach out
I want to accept my role as a helper of God,
I am creating a state of inner peace and I feel good that I made this time for us to meet.
I am aware of the wonderings of my mind,
In this way I prepare to meet with God in a world that has moved its attention away from spirituality.
My experience of God at times is fading and has been coloured by confusion, questions, doubts, fear and indifference.
I want to strengthen my connection with you, and renew my relationship, so I can experience your love, and draw your power into me.
I want to make myself ready for you; receptive of whom you are
What you will share with me
I am willing to let go of some old attitudes and beliefs
I know you are pure and I want to allow my own pure heart to come out of hiding.
I know that you are the truth, so it will be pointless, to try concealing my dark secrets from you,
I prepare to meet you with an honest heart.
You are the most powerful being in the universe so I forget my self-importance
I am grateful for your company; you are nothing but love,
Your love is unconditional and I do not need to win your love,
So why should I fear you
You are complete, and I do not need to make promises to you to prove to you how worthy I am.
I know I am able to trust you and that you are unlimited
That you will willingly give me what I need.
You love every soul, so my habit of feeling not good enough, is a waste of my energy
I rest in the assurity that I am worthy of your love
Your attention and I know that you communicate in many ways.
My desire is to be with you according to whom I am.
I will perceive your presence
My perception of you may come in Words, Sounds or subtle feelings.
You know me better than I know myself,
With gratitude, I open myself to your wisdom and guidance,
I think of all the things you may give me
Clarity, Courage, Power, Comfort, Peace, and Wisdom.
I look and I listen
I want to sense your presence
I will receive all that you wish to give me.

Buttermilk: -
Plain yoghurt mixed with low fat milk
Buttermilk Alternative: -
If you need buttermilk for a recipe, and need to make your own: - Pour together 1 tablespoon of each white vinegar and milk into a measuring cup, and then fill up the rest with milk. Let stand for 15 minutes until it thickens
